I want to help nice people express themselves.

Nice people are often silent. Maybe they’re shy. Maybe they are just waiting patiently for their turn to speak. Maybe they think niceness is best heard without speaking up.

I think that too many nice people — even when they are together, in a nice company — miss opportunities because they don’t ever get a turn to talk in a crowded, unruly, impolite marketplace. Their true voices are often never heard. That makes me sad for the silent loss suffered by everyone, because everyone might be better off if we listened to the nice people first.

I want to work with nice people — people who want to be nice and to get work done, but to be nice first.
